I'd be suspicious of anything from KSFO. They're the gang that had all kinds of "proof" last year about how California's new smog check would allow the cops to tow your car straight to the crusher if they saw blue smoke coming out of your exhaust, then give you a ticket for loitering on an interstate, and other similar would-be horrors. "Proof" was never produced a la McCarthy in the 50's.
