Headline: Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) reiterates product plans

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Intel Corp chief financial officer Andy
Bryant said that as part of the chip giant's ongoing move to its Pentium II
architecture, Intel plans faster versions of its Pentium II chips this year.
Bryant reiterated Intel's plans to launch a 350 and a 400 megahertz version of
the Pentium II in the first half of 1998 and a 450 megahertz Pentium II in the
second half of 1998. By fourth quarter 1998, "Pentium II is essentially it,"
Bryant said, referring to the bulk of Intel's volume production.
