Jim/James,The nation will pay dearly when we found NO MONEY can teach
the kids about 'integrity/honor' since the politicians/prez keep
telling/leading the nation that 'nothing matter as long as one
know the TRICK'.

James, hasn't it occured to you that there is a vendetta against Clinton? From the moment he took office we have heard one ludicous charge after another. From vague inuendo concerning the death of Vince Foster to making illegal profits from Whitewater, the lunatic fringe of this country has kept up a steady drum beat of unsupportable charges.

The problem is that this diverts us from real debate concerning Clinton's policies. I am not a supporter of Clinton, but I feel that these allegations have been orchestrated with sole purpose of eliminating Clinton as a political force. As far as I can tell, Clinton's major sin seems to be that he is a Democrat in the White House.

I think that there can be little doubt that the country is better off now then it was when Clinton took office. This is not to say that it could not have been managed better. I have serious reservations about Clinton's economic policies (particularly taxes), and what I perceive to be a wishy-washy foreign policy. But for those of us who disagree with his policies to engage in a campaign of character assasination is beneath contempt.

Sorry to get so long-winded about this, but I am angered by this diversion from the business of running a government.

Paul
