Alienmotives Trump has done more to elevate Obama than I'd have imagined possible. Obama was actively racially divisive, terribly weak against both Russia and the Taliban, ran interference for Saudi Arabia, spent recklessly and regularly overstepped the authority that a President is supposed to have, to the point of sometimes ignoring court judgments against him. Trump has done all of that and more, and he's done it all far more aggressively while enriching himself, his family, and his subordinates (he has no friends.) I hear people talking about how good Obama sounds right now, and they're right. It's enough to make them forget about his many failures because he's at least able to sound like he gives a remote damn about the country. Trump can't manage that, no matter how many times he dry-humps a flag.
