Jatin, I agree. Many of these software companies that I own seem to go down significantly before a bad earnings report. My guess is that since these companies pride themselves on the free flow of information things like earnings are probably whispered around the office. So much for fiduciary responsibility Luckily, for MACR they were already priced at around 9-10 for a $-.04 loss. My guess is they are looking at a loss close to $-.10 given recent events. I hope not.
