heck..look at mdce book value in 96 of 6.43, and it is presumed that the 97 10k will be in the three to four dollar range.

and this stock closed at .16?????

As usual for these stocks that look too cheap, there is convertible preferred stock being dumped. Check out this recent news:

newsalert.com

Many of these type go to 3 cents or even less when there is bottomless convertible preferred being dumped.

Not at all.. you see this all the time in penny stocks... it could be due to the market, MM manipulation, illegal shorting, bad management, rumors, or lack of positive news... but the balance sheets still show the book value 1000% higher than what the stock is trading at..

example RMIL (OVIS), SYCR, MDCE... need I go on.

The question is: Will the trading price ever move back up to where the book value is?

I'm betting it will with MY OWN money... do what you must with yours.
