Richard; Concerning the technology exchange with SIII, does this deal involve access to each others technology as it sounds like it does. Are there any kind of royalties involved in CRUS using SIII Virge 3D graphics or some other technology? Would it be possible for CRUS to incorporate the SIII technology into their multiple function chipsets that also have functions for mass storage, communications, and audio functions all in one for the low end market? It seems to me that scenario would be a very powerful combination if it were possible.
