I think they should concentrate on the bottom line, with the existing business; and FORGET about acquisitions with OUR barrowed money and additional shareholder dilution.

Its impossible to build a strong business on a margined base. The pyramid WILL tumble without a strong financial base.

I say either concentrate on good business practices or get out of business and work for someone else. MANAGEMENT: ARE YOU LISTENING?? WELL, THEN GET TO WORK!!

TIME IS WASTING. WE HAVE A BUSINESS TO TEND TO. REPORT YOUR RESULTS AND WE WANT TO SEE PROGRESS AND ACRETION TO THE BOTTOM LINE!!!!

I agree that a "spending spree" for an acquistion wouldn't be a good idea. But an acquisition that would add to base revenues and really fit what TRIBY is doing would be fine. A stock buy-back would also be positive in that it would reduce the float. That would really help propel the stock if (oops) WHEN it takes off. So either could be OK.

Agreed. I want to see if managment will give triby a vote of confidence by increasing insider ownership and setting up an ESOP or stock incentive plan for employees. Finally a limited buyback would help. Managment is going have to honor those $4 options next November by having to purchase $6 plus stocks. Better they buy some cheap shares today and hold them for the options.
