John, Your point as well as Gray's are very good but keep in mind with future earnins forcasts not being that great will also put pressure on Mory to take an offer less then 40. If LU was to come in with a stock offer around 40 I think it would be a done deal. Investor's are getting real frustated with the perfomance or lack of with the stock. I know that you all would have to agree with this and believe me if and when the next offer comes in it won't be just a rumor. ASND is prey right now just sitting there waitng to get snatched up. ASND is one of 3 stocks that I follow real close and I'm just waiting for "my signal" to buy. I said that I would never trade the stock again but I have to admit I will buy a bunch when the time is right. When the deal is announced "after the bell as always" those who are not in the stock will be left in the dust. Until this happens I will be on the sidelines just waiting for the kill. My source gave me usrx/3com, even though it was a bad deal at the start it was'nt long before it turn into one of my biggest trades.
