did not watch the video now that folks are sensitised, the stories surface who to blame for what, or is that just the way things are? dunno. only that should not be the way things are. burden of proof heavy if police charged, so had they done anything untoward, they shall likely get away with it. If not, then justice likely flawed. Body cams on Canada cops?
