Go to militarytimes. com.

They have a story on how they're using quarantines, doing tests, getting negative test results, then one person having symptoms and hundreds being tested positive. It's clear now that the military is testing everyone over and over. I'm not sure anyone can make the tests we need when a) the tests don't work or b) tests are negative and come back positive a few days later (after quarantines).

Look at the USS Roosevelt. Over a thousand with the virus (almost 25% of the ship). They dock at Guam so they can decontaminate the ship, put everyone into quarantine, test and retest. Then, they go back out to sea after almost two months and 13 have the virus again. But this time they're being sent home and will not return to the USS Roosevelt. Since the military can't get control of this damn thing it's getting harder to see how we ever get rid of it. What a mess.
