re: Nikon P900

croco-

i just checked it out. it's exactly what i'd get if i were "getting"
i have a very similar canon (old and broken now) that i loved.
the "absolute" most favorite accessory is the tilt screen. it allows
you to shoot with the camera above your head like shooting
over people in a crowd or shooting over a wall. it allows all
kinds of weird positioning of the body and the camera.

second favorite feature is the optical zoom.

third favorite is the "amateur" price range.

i didn't see that it shoots video (like most electronic point and
shoots do these days). it would have to shoot video @ at least
1080p, preferably 4k to make it on to my final "getting" list.
I photographed the moon last night too
As it was such a clear sky.
Couldn’t resist!
i didn't see the photo in your post. que pasa? fork it over por favor. :-)
ron's shot was great. i'd like to see the difference between
an NC and an NS moon on the same night.
