Jack, I heard of Bourbon, for a long time I had the impression it had to do with a French Royal family, and could not understand the Kentucky connection. I am shamed to say, I have not tasted that concoction as yet. As for a Tel Aviv Bourbon, I'll have to find out. Usually, I drink a very unique orange based liquor, a private brewing of my own brother out there, and thus had not had a chance to sample the more common local brews.
