Simple, you sign your certificate (you do have them, don't you) over to the new owner and take you money.....like selling any other piece of property. Halting trading on an exchange, does not halt trading absolutely.

Now, if your don't have your certs......well, I wonder how many other don't either (that say they do).

I don't think you have any RMIL shares, but if you do it goes like I said. I will have an account opened a your SHORTAGE firm, then give you a certified check or wire transfer in your brokerage account for the RMIL shares after they are tranferred. All contractual and verified in your notarized letter and the buyers letter of intent!

How many shares do you claim to own?
