Well, of course Riley, I'm sure you did. Preventing shareholder liquidity is serious business and if it has been for the reasons you and others have stated, it would just be another form of illegal manipulation. I can see more lawsuits on the horizon if it can be proven that the company did as you demanded.

Could it be that the LONG certificated shareholders have demanded in an email and telephone campain that the stock not trade again UNTIL the money is in the bank or the deal is KILLED by RMIL? I do know that I and many other certificated shareholders are demanding this, as the SEC halt was a blessing to the company as now they can get everything in order for the merger and go through all the trading records for the past 1.5 years and see what's what and who's who! After all the stock stopped trading at $1.0625 and is not going anywhere as we speak. I and others wished the company would have imposed a company halt when the price was at $2.5 or higher!

Thank god the whole stock exchange doesn't follow RMIL's new and improved trading model. I can see it now, all companies release great news and then open trading for a day or two and then shut down trading until they have good news again...

You post makes me really wonder about your previous posts. You said in an previous post Quote "That's 3 days from the filing date of the 2-11. They already was a brokerage firm / MM that signed off on the form (yesterday, 1-07-1998."..

Since you told us the forms have already been filed, then it is out of RMIL's hands which invalidates your above post. Please read the following of your posts and explain why they contradict your above statement.

Jan 6 - 1:13AM --- 32 hours till trading starts.
