Further thoughts on SLF/cash use. The acquisitions done to date will probably be beneficial in that they were able to offer a widened product line to all the formerly separate distribution channels, added expertise and the Clark facilities. But at this time I'd STRONGLY urge TRIBY mgmt to let the pieces gell, and get management focus on product development and long terms planning, not financing, deals, negociations, meatings with counsel, etc. Do whatever is legally and ethically appropriate to expedite gathering & reporting of all the data needed/wanted by the FDA! If you need to suck up to the FDA, do it. Get Uni-Gold into the US mainstream so that the format can be leveraged to apply to as many other tests & FDA submissions as practical! Don't wait for a better mouse trap to come along and get the market share. Please! Scott H. Davis
