In response to the discussion about the effects of the financials on the stock price.

It is my opinion that the mere act of filing and coming current will have a positive impact on the stock price. (I think I may be parroting Bob Z's earlier comment). I think almost all of the current shareholders of this company are well aware that the financials will probably be weak. I think expectations are already pretty low in that regard so I don't believe publishing what we already expect to be poor will cause many of us to sell. However, I do feel there will be some who will buy on the release, having some comfort in the fact that they are a reporting company and will not be in jeopardy of being bumped off the OTCBB.

Regarding the trading today. Sometimes it's hard to make sense of how small and large blocks seem to affect the spread. I can think of several explanations for today's rise on light volume. One possibility is there was one or several relatively large size buyers attempting to purchase on limit orders. For example, maybe someone had an order for 200,000 shs at the ask. Maybe the askmaker was only offering 50,000 at his ask price. He and the other mm's see someone is wanting in, and move their spreads up slightly to see if this buyer will chase it. Another possibility is that the mm's have low inventories, and with these small buffers, are forced to move up and down more dramatically on any buying or selling. (kind of doubt their inventory is that light though). Or maybe mm's know something we don't and think the price is heading higher and are not willing to give up many shares at these levels now (hope this is the case).

...anyway enough rambling.

mike

Gee John... from the sound of it my best buying opportunity should come right after we hit .05 when you-all dump your millions and the stock tanks to .003 <g>!

Actually it will be Mr. Delmar, the leader of all ARETIANS, who plans to dump his millions. This will undoubtedly affect the stock more than little ol' me. I only have thousands but will try to buy more before be reach a nickle someday! I may sell at .049 just to be a wise guy! Just kidding...it all depends on the news. :-)

Speaking of news... I think it is safe to say that ARET did NOT get the Fluor Daniel deal since January has come and virtually gone, and news of a contract never materialized... Notice how any mention of it has died off... If anyone has reason to believe otherwise, speak up!

Go ARET!
John
