Blacks are 12.6% of the population, whites make up 72.4%. en.wikipedia.orgIf whites were killed at the same rate, there would have been about 60 deaths. If blacks were killed at the same rate as whites, only 3 or 4 would have been killed. - What Rat
That's lazy thinking. According to the US Department of Justice, African Americans accounted for 52.5% of all homicide offenders from 1980 to 2008, with Whites 45.3% and "Other" 2.2%. The offending rate for African Americans was almost eight times higher than Whites, and the victim rate six times higher. Most homicides were intraracial, with 84% of White victims killed by Whites and 93% of African American victims killed by African Americans.

Blacks are punching above their weight when it comes to crime. So could that be the reason why more black people are arrested? The conclusion supported by the data is a definitive yes. The reality is that police brutality is shockingly rare, given how 700,000 police officers defend our crazy and violent cities every single day of every year. In the very rare cases that it happens, Police brutality is very evenly distributed among all the races. Your narrative is not supported by the facts.
