To: Crocodile who wrote (101592 ) 6/5/2020 3:03:10 PM From: elpolvo Read Replies (3) | Respond to of 104191 croco- i love asking you questions. you're much better at understanding me and answering than siri, alexa, cortana, goo-goo AND cautious_optimist. <g> you're a good teacher too. teaching is the best path to deep learning, so i feel like i'm helping you learn MORE by having to teach me, ha ha. yer welcome. ;-) i'd never heard of the AudioMoth... very interesting. i guess you need to speak at least a little bit of wildbirdese to identify who you're recording. i've seen some trail-cam footage on you-tube which spans the question of time-lapse cams because they're motion activated and will shoot anything that moves whenever a critter is in range. ever thought of using one? looks like they're pretty inexpensive, starting under $30. they're also equipped with infared night-vision technology. not sure if they have microphones but i imagine SOME of them do... if not all.that could be pretty damned scary. i had something like that happen in my late teenage years, but that’s a story for some other place. :o) i've had three or four dreams in my lifetime that REALLY changed or affected my life. the jupiter dream at age 5 was one. Another important one happened when i was 16 or 17 years old... in high school. the first one was a lesson of independence and the second was about forgiveness and compassion. without those "life lessons" from the dreams, i'd have been someone i didn't like very much. i'm glad i had them early on in life. :-) NOW that i know you, i don't need dreams to teach me how to live... i can just make YOU teach me, ha ha. yer welcome. ;-) what did you learn from your teenage dream? you don't have to tell me the dream... just tell me what you learned. :-) tanks -polvo
