Wisconsin's new cases are only in 6 or 7 counties. Milwaukee, Madison, and Eu Clare, urban areas along the southern border - where smart Illinois are fleeing the democrats and their ecxcessive taxation programs.

Half of the northern counties do not have even one case.

Wisconsin is a classic one size does not fit all state.
