Rob,

Several posts comments:

Do we trust Larry? Do we that are long have any choice.

Silence of Ellison? He was handed his lunch 2 months ago, is ssething and regrouping. When you are as confident (cocky?) and successful as he has been, you make a lot of non-friends that love to see you fall.

I think that he has just spoken up, and is probably pretty sure he can deliver the up 25% he said. Too not produce on his CNBC statement will shred him and his company, as misleading and not to be believed. Time will tell, but after this, if the ORCL numbers are not good, he has really hurt himself bigtime!

regards,

Ed

Rob I am more excited by the sense of urgency that is going on within the company. Although I am happy about the positive price move, the real upside comes because these guys are competitive and want to kick some butt. My sources suggest that the recent earnings miss has been taken as a challenge and it's now "all hands on deck"!

The underlying fundemental's are strong and business position is solid so I think attitude is the key from here. IMHO Egg
