Pkrbkr, I've been to Minneapolis seemingly a million times and people there are not whacked out. Just Northern sensibility types. The most challenging minority there is the Somalis and I don't sense these "African Americans" are into the rioting scene. Right, but we're about to see Minneapolis go down the rabbit hole of liberal utopias. It's the same rabbit hole that Chicago, NYC, and Seattle went down, all to detrimental effects. And the BLM movement complains about "white flight" from urban areas, among other things. Tenchusatsu
