For sure impossible.

An unfair trial shall lead to further troubles, not matter the nature of unfairness.

Do not see work-around, especially as MSM on all sides weaponizes the incident, as well as the pattern of behaviour, whatever the behavior patterns whether police or the policed, because the numbers can be made to say anything.
