Jim,

I am long both stocks, although heavier in RECY. For the longer term I would certainly agree with you as RECY has a niche market and is gobbling up competition. There will probably be only 3 or 4 large recyclers by '99 each in specific geographic regions. APCO is a good growth stock, but question whether it will be a good stort term trade - everyone keeps saying 2 weeks, but it appears to be a slow steady mover with up, consolidate, up. Hope I'm wrong on this, as I would love to see $8. Both have good long term growth, although RECY appears to have a ar better opportunity, as it has an excellent plan, management and financing in place, and internal mistakes appear to be its biggest challenge (like paying too much for new companies, etc.).
