Not only are you an arrogant little jerk, but you don't understand how the law works. You see something and it MUST be true. The courts will consider it differently. And the idea of over-charging is not the same in all courts. They may reduce the charge in pretrail. but if it goes to court as is, the jury will have a hard time convicting as the instructions may be all or nothing.
