Hey Voodoo you lame brain! Go back and read some old posts, then read the patent claims.

I have the answer to your patent question! Zonagen patent claim #1

"The use of a vasodilator for the manufacture of a rapid acting formulation for modulating the human sexual response, formulation being capable of delivering to the blood circulation of a human an amount of the vasodilator effective to modulate the sexual response on demand"

Also Claim #5

"The use of a vasodilator for the manufacture of an orally administrable rapid acting formulation for the treatment of impotence, formulation being capable of delivering to the blood circulation of an impotent male an amount of the vasodilator effective to modulate the sexual responsiveness on demand."

So my next question is, are these claims not obvious, and have not been invented by someone else?

If this patent doesn't get allowed Zonagen will go to zero in a handbasket fast.

Gee whiz I wish some patent lawyers could help me with this one!

Sorry all, for boring everyone with posted facts.
