Naa, why would they even try. These guys already cashed out at >$40 last year. They don't care about the investor.

I bet we'll see a growing list of management departures from these companies in '98. I agree, the prices will get so low, that the drunks will get together, but not to hold each other up. They'll get together to panhandle for some change and then go in together to buy a bottle of Thunderbird or MD20/20...

actually, tivoli had only "$x" amount to spend. they could afford to by swrt, so they did [they did not have enough cash to make an offer to rmdy]. now, the inside scoop is that tivoli is not 100% pleased with their acquisition.
regardless, i bailed at the close on rmdy. they will need lots of positive news/results to return to the 20's.
