Yup - people fleeing the cities. Likely to continue as the unrest continues. Which bodes poorly for ultimate health of inner city economies. All just MHO of course.

OT--
I just got a cold call from someone with an Asian sounding voice asking if I would like to sell my property for an all cash offer.

A guy across the street from me sold his for an "all cash offer" a few months ago. It was flipped for close to same amount as he sold for (about a 1500 difference). This has to be money laundering, IMHO.
