The rights are transferable, so no worry there.

DKNG completed its merger with Diamond Eagle on April 24 and called the warrants on May 27. I would expect NKLA to follow a similar timetable. When that happens, the premium on the warrant will start to shrink, as it has with DKNG and DKNGW.

I would check with your broker and make sure they and you
know what needs to be done if you plan to cash out your warrants
via exercise .. The exercise window closes at 5 PM on 06/26/2020
though it isn't clear to me when it is open ie are the warrants exercisable
at the option of the holder now or only on 06/26 ?? Professional arbs
should have an inventory of long warrants and short common that they will
offset via exercise during the "exercise window" as that will maximize their
profits on those trades ..
