MY LAST POST TO ALL CONCERNED ABOUT THIS MAILING LIST. I honestly don't know more of what to say to address your concerns re: taking people away from this list, having things posted in one area and not another, losing our purpose of this thread, etc. etc. etc. than I have already stated in post # 26046. All the regulars who have joined this list are still posting to the thread as well. NOBODY has left. How ridiculous to think otherwise. I want to point out 3 benefits of this e-mail list: 1. People who do not belong to SI (private lurkers and those on the YAHOO thread) are now able to ask questions, offer ideas etc. to those who do belong to the SI thread. 2. This hopefully has sent a LOUD and clear message to those at SI and to those on this board that no matter how you look at it, people are getting SICK & TIRED of the arguing and the garbage they have to sift through every time they come here. I know they're working on it. 3. We can have people ask questions and offer ideas in a NON-THREATENING environment. Anybody violating those guidelines I outlined will simply be deleted. Something I have no hesitation in doing, AND, I assure you won't take as long as SI has been in taking action. So, in this way due notice is served upon VALUESPEC & Jean Sutherland (and the rest of the people who are intentional morons): we don't want you, we don't care for your conversation, nor will we stand for it. (I see VALUESPEC already started this morning AGAIN with his repetative aggravating questions after his oh so-called "heartfelt apology.") We're sick of it and now 88 people have spoken. Seth, RB, Jack, Elk. I say again, this ADDS to the FTEL environment. It DOES NOT take away. Anybody posting to the mail list can not only hear from others who don't have an SI membership, but nothing stops SI members from posting to BOTH places, and I think I've encouraged that! Now this is the last time I'm going to address this issue. I apologize for coming on too strong here, but there is no dishonorable intentions here nor an intentional threat being made here to our presence on SI. I implore you, join the list!!! The only harm there is will be hearing from and conversing with others you couldn't before. If you then want off the list, tell me and it'll be done. Chris
