David: ALMOST a good one. I am not the one whining. I will reduce my offer. 10 cents a share. If you consider it a swindle, you should jump at the chance. Here is a golden opportunity to embarass me. Just think, you can get over on a finance major, laugh amongst your friends. Make me toast, I am leaving myself wide open. What more can someone like you ask for?
