Murder IS a homicide. Not all homicides are murders. You were trying to use both words as the same. In law they are NOT. You need to go back to law school. A first year law student would know the difference.

Why do you want to argue about this?
Because he thought he had you in a "gotcha" moment.

At first, he tried to accuse you of supporting the cops involved.

When that failed, he then ran to the difference between "murder" and "homicide."
