Points out the great opportunity for Zenith to strengthen its position with Circuit City.

Circuit City and its Hollywood law-firm partner are putting up about $600 million to launch Divx and Zenith has the exclusive early rights to manufacture (LGE) and distribute Divx (Zenith label). This is a huge, huge gamble for Circuit City with no guarantee, at this time, of a sure success.

Time for Gannon and Sims to start earning their pay. Meet with Dick Sharp of Circuit City and tell him:

1. "We are putting up an 100% effort to make the Divx launch a huge success".

2. "We're delivering hundreds of thousands of Divx players in 1998 and will ask all our other dealers to participate with us in advertising".

3. "We need your help, too. We want to increase our total Circuit City sales by 250%, this year, thus, need to receive from Circuit City preferred showroom placement for all our Intel and Zenith products and ask that you train your salespersonnel to better sell Zenith and Inteq."
