There is no rift. Low income blacks want to keep police more than rich whites do. The only blacks that don't want to keep them are the SUPER PREDATORS.

Not at all surprised !!! After all, I can't imagine that there are many African American and Hispanic Communities, in Democratic Party controlled States and Cities, that would be able TO AFFORD PAYING FOR PRIVATE ARMED SECURITY !!!
