It honestly upsets me that Ira is complaining about all of the phone calls. If the SOB and this company would put out all of the information they can legally, as soon as they have it, he would not have this problem.
Maximum disclosure with minimum delay -- a hallmark of good public relations, my current career field.
God help this stock if those financials are not out the first of next week. He will be inundated with phone calls and the stock will head down sharply. Everyone here needs to request those financials be faxed to them as soon as they are released -- the news needs to get spread quickly. MDCE went through this. They filed a 10K, they said, but it did not show up on EDGAR, and people started dumping figuring they were being jerked around. In that case it panned out a few days later.
For someone so interested in promoting his stock, he does not seem too interested in keeping the current shareholders around.
He should be on SI. There are a LOT of CEOs and CFOs floating around on these threads and it is a great way for them to reduce the phone calls and redundant questions. AND it is all in a public, written forum.

Wayne;

While I can understand the fact that Ira is receiving numerous telephone calls I would say is that not his job?

My investment in FAMH is my own. If I have a question about the company I will resolve to answer it myself. Not taking anything away from Brad or anyone else I would be uncomfortable having answers filtered through a second party.

Wayne J., Much as I appreciate your confidence, I think overall the thread would be more comfortable with someone else.

Jin Chun (suggested by LE) would be a fine choice as far as I am concerned. Jin Chun seems objective and thorough.

This process has worked well on other threads and while it may not be perfect, it seems to be very helpful to many investors.

Jin Chun, how 'bout it?

Best wishes,
Brad
