You said Harvard wasn't looted cuz it has nothing of value.
That's right. And you proved my point by showing how many patents Harvard produced.

They have like how many faculty members, how many researchers, how much prestige in academia, and they only end up with 137 patents?

Intel's Itanium team produced more patents than that. And Itanium is worthless.
