That bill wasn’t a FatRump initiative. He initially didn’t support it and after lobbying and convincing by Kushner, he finally caved on it. The number of inmates it released early was inconsequential. FatRump of course takes credit for it and puts out shameless ads targeting the African American Vote. FatRumpers are so f@cking stoopid.
