Vince, I wish to veto that motion and nominate Bob Walsh, Jeff Williams and Stanley New as much better candidates. I have been a pain in the butt for Dick and I think others would be better accepted. I also withdraw the offer to "walk through the East Gate", as that if forbidden. I meant no disrespect in that, either. Re the question about Dennis DeNoble. He was a broker with a MM firm in Salt Lake several years ago. He knows the whole history of GPGI and is himself an investor in the company. He has posted on this thread and I have had e-mail with him in the past and I find him to be an informed and capable person. I look forward to his joining the company. I just hope that Dick will listen to him in regard to public relations. Hopeful Jack
