What we need in order to return the GOP to some level of respect and credibility is a better educated electorate. 44% of Republicans believe Bill Gates wants to plant a microchip in everyone! Another 31% responded, "I don't know, maybe?" If Fox News and (Russian propaganda?) OANN don't help educate the public, then we are left with dumb voters who won't fact-check, who will believe baseless conspiracy theories, and who will be led by the next egomaniac that "tells it like it is." My question is: How do we rebuild our party without Fox News, or how do we moderates help change right-wing/facsist media?
