I recently posted an interview he did with Trevor Noah and he seemed lucid and well-spoken. Trump is the one who babbles when he tries to talk. He says embarrassing things like Lincoln's emancipation was questionable. Of course many Trumpers are neo-Confederates who think that way. And he said that to a black woman.
