- Are you sure? Can anyone else confirm this?

-- Reason I ask:

1. Wasn't MUSE approved around 12/96?
2. And sales start immediately thereafter, around 1/97?
3. If so, then there was no 6 month delay from approval of MUSE to approval of plant - correct?

4. -- OR -- Are you saying the plant gets fda approval to produce in 6/96; and then 6 months later on 12/96, the MUSE drug was approved?

5. I'm just trying to figure out why Vivus is waiting on the FDA to approve the 2nd plant - instead of a product coming out of the 2nd plant.
