ftjoe, nothing about this situation is funny, imho. i've been here before. however, i really do believe this company is in a horrible business position (read, "bow wow" - ok, i could have used a better choice of words.) ALL SCAM COMPANIES S/B SHUT DOWN, IMHO. the sec is working with rmil to decide what their state is. if it is a scam, then they are at the sec's mercy. most on this thread knew the situation and said they were comfortable with it. now we get to see whether it is a legit company. if legit, then we get to see if it is viable. imho, it is neither.
