Because of rate guarantees, I would think it will not be until 1/1/99 that they have the pricing right, even if they know where they are now, of which I am a bit skeptical. Even then, if they still need uncompetitively large increases the effect is not entirely predictable. It will be very interesting to see whether the company says something like this, what they expect to do this year, and where they would be in 1999. A competent operation could do this.
