I tend to agree with your observations. APM has traded closely to WDC over the past 6 weeks. WDC is a stronger company at this point, IMO.

Should keep in mind that both QNTM and SEG have held pretty firm near $20 despite their announcements, so I don't think there will be much downside until mid quarter when visibility for this quarter is better.
