@Susan_Hennessey One interesting wrinkle for the government is that in order to claim elements of Bolton's book are classified, the government must admit the information in question is true. There's no such thing as a classified lie. Nunca Trump This is a backhanded way of verifying that what Bolton is saying is the truth. If Bolton were lying, it would not violate an NDA and it would not need to be reviewed for classified info.
