The police get paid to deal with that shit. It is their job (or use to be). It is why people respect them (or use to) and praise them for the sacrifices that they have to make to do their job's well. Policing, if done correctly, is a shitty, risky job. Their reward is the daily satisfaction of knowing that they helped someone and knowing that they are helping society be a better place for everyone to live in.

Shooting Rayshard in the back did not help anyone and did far more harm to society than good.

Your idea of policing (along with many others it seems) is that the police are there to keep the black people and other minority groups and anyone else that is outside of your tribe in check by any means possible. So job well done.

IMHO The current, caveman, tribal way of policing needs to be beaten back into the stone ages from where it originated.
