Sometimes people vote and didn't know they couldn't. For example, there was a case of a felon who voted after no one told him he couldn't. Is he a criminal? Of course not. Remember, we didn't need voter IDs until a minority party got power and it now uses scare tactics. Look at the Bolton lawsuit. The government knew the book was being written, reviewed it, and now is asking the court to stop the book because they were too dumb to do their jobs. This is not normal.
