When JCAHO comes to a health care facility and does an inspection, the BOD usually is aware of how it did by the time the inspectors leave even though the actual report isn't issued for several weeks. Does anyone know id this would also apply to the FDA and the ISO inspection teams? I realize that management wouldn't say anything officially until the written report was sent but I would think they should have a pretty good idea on how the inspections went.
