I wouldn't use that answer on the authorities if you get questioned about how you and Riley happen to be the ones privy to certain infromation not given to others who call. They will not be amused.

Too bad the company is not answering Kugler's questions in full. The company should provide the same information to everyone that calls, and not just who it decides to. It makes for a safer market for all of us.
