Mindmeld, Who was responsible for medicaid,medicare and social security? How would we be faring today if those programs were not in place? I am struck by your fear of BML but I shouldn't be surprised. Trump has been very effective in stoking those fears. Equating BLM with communism is simply ludicrous. If you took the time to educate yourself you would understand that some government programs(not all) are helpful. For instance the book "the fifth risk" by Michael Lewis, a former bond trader highlights how important certain individuals have been. One example is a high level government official coming up with a vaccine for the bird flu years ago in a short period of time. Even though we disagree, I do appreciate the civil discourse.
